  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Cravings Mediterranean Hummus
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup can chickpeas
  • ½ cup olives
  • chopped parsley
  • olive oil

Directions

1. Assemble ingredients in bowl as desired
2. Spoon the hummus into the bowl and spread with back of spoon to great swirls
