Ingredients

1 cup noosa coconut yoghurt
3 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
boxed brownie mix

Directions

1. Bake boxed brownies according to instructions on box

2. Using electric mixer, beat yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar until thick

3. Cover and let cool in fridge for 30 minutes

4. Top cooled brownies with frosting and serve!
