This colorful Crab & Pasta Salad combines tri-color rotini with Salads of the Sea Crab Salad, fresh vegetables, and a light drizzle of olive oil—perfect as a refreshing side dish or a satisfying main for warm-weather meals.
Ingredients
- 1 box Tri-color Rotini Pasta
- 2 pkg. Salads of the Sea Crab Salad
- 8ea Scallions, whites removed, thinly sliced
- 1ea Red Bell Pepper, small diced
- 2ea Roma Tomatoes, small diced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for finishing
Directions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on box. Drain and chill completely in the refrigerator.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add chilled pasta with Salads of the Sea Crab Salad, minced scallions, red bell pepper, and diced tomatoes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper as desired and drizzle with a flavorful extra virgin olive oil.
- For a creamier pasta salad, add less pasta.
